I am pleased report that we have now had all the DCMS voucher emails returned that are needed which means thar this project is now fully funded.
Myself and another councillor are now directors of a Community Interest Company and will be signing the order form as soon as it arrives from Openreach. We should then receive a schedule of works and timescale for delivery of the fibre, which hopefully will be completed within the next 12 months.
I am delighted we are finally over the line with this as it has been one of my top priorities since being elected to the Parish Council in May 2019 and would like to thank all of those who have helped achieve this.
