    We have just had approval for a "Goudhurst Demand Led" scheme to proceed in principle from the head of CFP at Openreach which will follow along the same lines as other schemes Openreach have successfully rolled out in other areas. This will combine all the existing CFP schemes that residents have already registered interest in for Goudhurst, Kilndown and Curtidsen Green and also aims to provide fibre to every property in this area and we are now just waiting on final appro

    First Fibre broadband CFP goes live!

    The first Community Fibre Partnership broadband scheme went live this week in Goudhurst providing Gigabit broadband for subscribers. The Summer Hill which was led by Kevin Knight, project took approximately 12 months to roll out from signing the contract and has been completed funded by the government DCMS voucher scheme. It is now providing download speeds of between 36 - 330mbs ...and yes, it is that fast! #broadband #gigabit #openreach #cfp

    Ultrafast Fibre Broadband in Kilndown

    We have just registered a Community Fibre Partnership with Openreach with the aim to bring Ultrafast Fibre broadband to Kilndown. This would provide potential download speeds up to a massive 330 Mbps, depending on the package you opt for. The aim is to have enough properties/vouchers to balance out the cost of the fibre install which would mean a potential zero cost for installing fibre to the premises (FTTP).
